We take adequate steps
to ensure the Quality procurement of both the basic raw material i.e Hot Rolled Low Carbon Steel
Coils and Zinc. We
procure H.R Coil from well known branded manufacturers like SAIL, TISCO,
ISPAT etc and Zinc from Hindustan Zinc Limited.
The
manufacturing process starts when the quality coils is slitted into the
desired dimension. We have the slitting operations carefully
supervised before the slitted coils are transferred to the most
important forming process.
We uses
consistence high quality weld with high Frequency / Radio Frequency
Induction Tube Welder of 150 KW which Weld at high speed with
superior finish. This weld process is having auto power speed
controller and Programmable Logic Control.
We are having most
sufficient automatic thread machines, which thread machines, which
thread the each pipe specifications of the customers. Before
thread each pipe passes through the straightness pipes machines to
ensure that 100% straightness of each pipe. These machines are
suffocated and having capacity to meet all international quality
threads.
When ever required
each screwed tube shall be supplied with our socket and a thread
protecting cap on the other end of the pipe. The sockets supplied
with the tube shall be of ISI Standard and shall perfectly fit in
the Steel Tubes.
